Connect your Etsy shop

Create a free Printara account, open Creator Dashboard, My Etsy Shop, and connect with Etsy's own sign-in. Takes about a minute.

Request access and get approved

The program is approval-only. We set up a short call, look at what you sell, and make sure we can produce it well before saying yes.

Your orders appear automatically

Switch on fulfillment and every new paid Etsy order syncs into your dashboard within minutes. Nothing to forward, nothing to re-type.

You get a firm quote per order

Production at Printara retail minus 25%, plus flat shipping by destination. Quoted in EUR and confirmed before you pay anything.

Pay only when you have a sale

One click takes you to Stripe Checkout. Production starts the moment you pay. When nothing sells, you owe nothing - the cost only exists once an order does.

We print, pack and ship

Your order is produced in our workshop and shipped to your customer. The tracking number lands back on your Etsy order automatically.

Every order is quoted individually in EUR and confirmed before you pay. If a quote ever looks wrong to you, ask us before paying - a person prepared it and a person will explain it.

You already sell 3D printed goods and you are tired of failed prints at 2am, filament stock and post office queues. Keep the shop, the reviews and the margins. Hand off the workshop.

Designers without hardware

You have models and an audience, but no printer and no plans to buy one. Open an Etsy shop, list your designs as physical products, and let us produce every order that comes in.

A new program, stated honestly

This program is new. We will not show you a wall of logos or invented testimonials, because we do not have them yet - and we would rather earn them than fake them. What being early actually gets you: the people who run the printers answer your messages, every quote is prepared by a human who looked at your order, and your feedback directly shapes how the program grows. Approval is manual for the same reason - we only take on shops we know we can serve well.

  • Quotes are per order and confirmed before you pay. You always see the exact production and shipping cost first - there are no automatic charges.
  • A refund or dispute stops production. If a payment is refunded or disputed before the order ships, that order is not produced.
  • Etsy requires a production partner disclosure. You list "Printara" under Shop Manager, Settings, Production partners. It is a two minute step and we walk you through it during onboarding.

Who is the seller of record?
You are. It is your Etsy shop, your listings, your prices - and the customer relationship stays with you. We are your production partner, which Etsy asks you to disclose under Shop Manager, Settings, Production partners.
When and what do I pay?
Only after you have a sale. Each synced order gets a firm quote in EUR - production plus shipping - visible in your dashboard. You pay it via Stripe Checkout and production starts the moment the payment lands. There is no subscription and no monthly fee; an account with zero orders costs you nothing.
How is my price per order calculated?
Production is Printara's retail print price minus 25%. Shipping is flat by destination: 3 EUR Czech Republic and Slovakia, 12 EUR rest of EU, 35 EUR United States, 40 EUR Australia, Mexico and the rest of the world. Every quote is confirmed to you before you pay.
Can I sell my own designs?
Yes. Your listings stay yours and we produce your orders from your print files. During onboarding we make sure we have a printable file for everything you sell, so orders can be quoted quickly once they start coming in.
What happens if my buyer refunds or disputes?
A refund or dispute on your payment to Printara halts production of that order. If it has not shipped, it will not be produced, and the order shows as refunded in your dashboard. How you handle the buyer on the Etsy side stays fully in your hands - it is your shop.
How fast do orders go out?
Production starts the moment you pay the quote - there is no waiting list in front of your order once it is paid for. When the parcel ships, the tracking number is pushed back to your Etsy order automatically, so your buyer sees progress without you touching anything.
What materials and colours can you print?
PLA, PETG and PLA-CF, including multicolour prints with up to 4 filaments in a single model. If your catalogue needs something outside that, tell us on the onboarding call and we will say plainly whether we can produce it.
