What does presupported mean?
Supports are the thin struts that hold a model on the build plate of a resin printer while it prints. Presupported files come with our supports already placed on every part, so you open them in your slicer, check them and slice. You get the unsupported files too, if you prefer to place your own.
How big is Garry, and can I get another size?
Garry is 30.1 cm tall with his base, which is 14.3 cm across, close to the 1:6 collector scale. His cat is 4.3 cm. We start with about 30 cm; about 20 cm and about 15 cm follow once their thicker glasses pass a test print. Your own collectible can be about 15, 20 or 30 cm, and larger on request.
What is it made of, and what is in the box?
High-detail resin. A printed Garry arrives cleaned and cured, unassembled and unpainted, packed part by part with an assembly sheet; glue and tools are not included. A hand painted Garry arrives assembled and painted, and you get photos of your statue before it ships. Both are collector's models for adults, not toys, and not for children under 14 because of small parts.
What may I do with the STL files?
Garry's files are for personal use: print him for yourself and as gifts, at any size, but do not share or sell the files or prints made from them. The files of your own collectible are yours to print for yourself and your family as often as you like. We never publish your piece unless you allow it, and commercial use is quoted separately.
Printed or hand painted: what is the difference?
Printed means raw resin parts for you to build and paint. Hand painted means we build the statue and paint it by hand in our standard colour scheme. Another colour scheme is a custom quote.
How long does it take?
For STL and presupported files you get the download link once the payment arrives. A printed Garry ships in about 7 working days and a hand painted one in about 15 working days, plus the painting queue. Your own collectible takes 2 to 3 weeks to the final files, and 4 to 6 weeks when it is painted. Delivery then takes about 1 to 2 working days in the Czech Republic and 2 to 6 in the rest of the EU.
Where do you deliver, and what does delivery cost?
Printed statues go to the Czech Republic, every EU country and the United States. Hand painted statues go to EU countries. Every parcel is tracked, and you see the delivery cost for your country before you pay. STL files are downloads, so there is no delivery charge.
How do I pay?
The printed and the hand painted Garry are paid right here, on Stripe's secure checkout, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The STL files and the presupported STL are ordered with the order request form: within one working day we send you a secure payment link, and the download link follows once you have paid. Your own collectible starts with a fixed quote and usually a deposit of half the price; the rest is paid before it ships or before the final files.
Can I return it?
You can withdraw from the purchase of a printed or hand painted Garry within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason (see our Returns policy). Your own collectible is made to your photos and wishes, so the 14 day withdrawal does not apply to it. For STL files you ask for them straight away and confirm that the right of withdrawal ends once the download starts. Your legal rights for faulty goods always apply.
Can you make my own pet, or me, as a collectible?
Yes. Choose "Your own collectible" in the order form and send 5 to 8 photos of your pet, or photos of yourself from the front, both sides and the back. We sculpt only people who are in the photos themselves or who agreed; for a child, the request must come from a parent or guardian. We do not make public figures, or characters and brands of other companies.
